We offer fresh, deep-frozen long pastas. All of them are made exclusively from natural ingredients of superior quality – 100% Italian durum wheat and 6 fresh eggs per 1 kg of semolina, according to original Italian recipes.
All our pasta is extruded from a die made exclusively of bronze, which gives it a unique taste and a characteristic rough surface that is necessary to keep the sauce.
Long pasta may be served with a variety of sauces, both heavier – based on meat, and light vegetable sauces. Furthermore, flavored pasta (tomato, spinach, squid ink and other seasonal specialties) may be served only with seasoned butter and herbs or with parmesan cheese added.
