Fresh pasta is best served hot, cooked al dente.
Our pasta may be served with all types of sauces or just seasoned with olive oil, herbs and parmesan cheese.
For a light meal we assign approx. 100 g of fresh pasta per person; for a main course – approx. 120-150 g.
